Request to Volunteers to Report Their Hours

Each volunteer is urged to print the attached "Report of Volunteer Hours" and then return it to us after filling in the appropriate fields with your information. The volunteer hours are important for grant writing purposes; they are used in a proposal as an in-kind contribution to match government (or other) dollars.

So the more hours we have the more $$ we are contributing to the proposal. Click here for the report. When printed and filled in, please send your report to:
